Gunnison Point Overlook - Paint by Numbers Kit

A lone hiker in a red jacket stands at the edge of Gunnison Point, the vast gorge of Black Canyon of the Gunnison opening beneath their feet. Warm gray sandstone ledges stretch across the foreground, while the far canyon walls fade into cool blue-violet ridges under crisp midday light, a thin ribbon of river tracing the bottom of the chasm far below.

This composition plays with scale and depth: broad, boldly shaped rock faces dominate the front of the scene, drawing the eye back through layered cliffs to the distant Colorado horizon. The pre-printed numbered canvas breaks this dramatic contrast of sunlit stone and shadowed depths into clear, paintable sections, making the rugged terrain approachable even for a first-time painter.

Fans of National Parks and dramatic Western landscapes will find this one especially satisfying to recreate, from the small red-and-navy figure to the graduated blues of the canyon walls. Whether you're an experienced hobbyist looking for a challenge or picking up a brush for the first time, this kit turns a quiet moment of awe at the canyon rim into a piece you'll want on your wall.
