Détails du produit

Susan Cantrick's abstract paintings explore the pre-verbal realm of thought through structured visual responses. Her process often begins with digital studies composed of fragments from previous works, creating layered compositions reminiscent of geological cross-sections or artistic genealogies.
This digital process allows for a dynamic interplay between spontaneity and considered composition, even enabling her to rework paintings in progress. Whether working from studies or directly on the canvas, Cantrick's work captures the vitality and complexity of emergent cognition.
