Trading geometric precision for elemental spontaneity, Jessica Snow’s latest series is shaped directly by the Aegean Sea. 
Through a ritualistic process she calls en plein mer, Snow dips her canvases into the water at dawn, inviting the tide, sand, and Mediterranean light to dictate the organic flow of the acrylic paint. 
The resulting biomorphic abstractions replace rigid lines with luminous washes and rhythmic, pointillist trails that mirror shifting currents and coastal energy. 
It is a profound exercise in letting go, transforming each canvas into a vibrant, visual frequency of the marine landscape itself.
